Shipping Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order — it explains exactly how your table is made and shipped.

All Orders Are Pre-Orders
Every Arena Table is made to order. When you place an order, you are placing a pre-order — your table is not sitting in a warehouse ready to ship. Instead, your order kicks off a custom production process with our supplier. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that it is a pre-order and that the timelines below apply.

Production Time
Once your order is placed, our supplier begins production. Production typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, your table is shipped to you. Shipping typically takes an additional 1 week.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Adding production and shipping together, you should expect your table to arrive within approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order. Please note this is an estimate — occasional delays can happen due to high demand, customs, or carrier issues, and we'll keep you informed if that happens.

Weekly Progress Updates
We know waiting for a custom-made product can be exciting, so we've got you covered: every week, we send you photos showing the progress of your table as it's being made. Please check your email regularly (including your spam/promotions folder) so you don't miss these updates.
